About Déjà-Vu
Hundreds of years ago, explorers such as the hydrographer Sir Francis Beaufort sailed the world’s oceans. Months-long voyages separated them from foreign worlds and cultures.
Even today, the thought of those times fascinates us, and we travel the world in search of new impressions and wonderful memories. As a memento of past, fascinating journeys, our master distiller compiled a diary of the spices and flavours of this world and from it developed sophisticated aperitif creations.
